If they were taught the correct proceedings and the way to do their job the company could be a lot more efficient but no you have people who like to lie and then when I get caught they try to make everything disappear

Since we are a auto parts store I would ask my possible employees what they know about card knowledge and if they were interested in cars would they want to continue career around automotive things relating to Cars which they do none of

I was hired on underpaid again yelled out to do things I couldn't do my company light on my hours while I was out on an injury they delayed me getting any medical help on purpose so they could not file a claim on it always my senator is tracking
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My leader ship team has violated the EEOC yelled at me for my disabilities yelled at me and told me to do things I couldn't do it when I did those things I suffered a work injury and now they are trying to swipe all of it under the rug again call me and I'll tell you more
