What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very accepting and quick to make new people feel welcome, customers too. A lot of the customers get to know us by name.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The store manager is great. The other managers are also but one assistant store manager is nasty to us and inappropriate. Does not follow respect in the workplace guidelines.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are mostly like a family, we do fun things together and have a great time working together. That makes doing the job feel like we're not even working.
