
They need to do better at vetting people's backgrounds. Too many employees lie about their experience
Stop putting people in the Store manager position that have no experience in management or automotive. Should at the very least be a parts expert to be in this position.
The pay is bellow subpar. In my state, teenagers ripping tickets at the movie theaters get paid 2 dollars less than and Autozone store manager, and 2 dollars more than an Autozone Full-time parts sales manager (shift lead)
