We try to have fun even though our store manager sits on his phone all day and forgets to put change order. Whatever mess up our sm does we can work around it
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay and benefits. More full time employees who care not 50 million part time one day a week workers. A deep look at our stores and what tee need (better dms of tougher reviews on dms)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Had issues in my store. Store manager did nothing. District manager did nothing. Hr finally did something three months later after first report. Both sm and dm Retaliated against 4 others who said they were not doing job and refused to report
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They never asked me car questions when I was hired. Only the difference between compassion and empathy. I did not get that job when first applied. New dm and tried again and finally was asked car questions. Then asked for 3.50 over min wage and best they could do is 1.40 over. New hire got more afte
