There are repeatable offenses of bullying. I have lost three commercial drivers in a yr...due to one single employee. This one employee received the best review out of everyone. HR refuses to recognize a pattern despite having received numerous complaints

In fiscal yr 22, I broke the store record in sales 4x. i received a raise of .77 cents. In fiscal yr 2023, I broke the store record 3x more, increased sales by 38% and received a raise of .60 cents. I got .17 cents less for 38% more
