Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put my blood sweat and tears into my store and get no acknowledgment I work more hours than expected and get called names by the DM
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always 100% on their tasks very respectful they go above and beyond for the store and business but the DM doesn’t allow acknowledgment nor a raise just tries to find ways to try to push people out my store is a 5 star rating in the Hudson valley nyc regi
