What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is ZERO team work. Manager is always out to blame lower employees when they mess something up. Needs to stop having part time workers complete magagement tasks for them while they sit at the front desk playing on the phone
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was interviewed by a more experienced store manager who knew what to do and had his stuff together. He wanted me to be a parts manager but the other parts manager who took his position was incredibly inexperienced and axed any chance i had at progressing
