Not fair I was paid it on because I was so good at my job I think I don't know it's maybe my height maybe the tone of my voice but whatever it is I was unanimously hated by everyone

I love working there it's just the kids that they hired and kind of respect

Like everything about it but none of it came to push and I mean just hired a bunch of kids
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Just hired but hired a bunch of kids that sit around and on their phones all day and still sodas and I'm the one that's hated I have a 50% Witche
