My direct co workers are amazing. Our DM is wonderful as are the other DMs, however the North Florida RM is horrible. She talks out of both sides of her mouth. No one can do anything right. She will write people up for things beyond their control. She is disrespectful to anyone who works under her.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid fairly for my position in the company and at the market level.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
RM and up need to listen more to their store managers. They run the business everyday. They know what the store needs to make money. Allow them to have needed staff. Stop taking task hours. Appreciate the people who killing themselves for you instead of being negative. Get rid of bad upper executive
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The DMs are great in North Florida. The RM is running off all the store managers and DMs. Good luck running all the stores by yourself Liz! You do not win people over by writing them up, bending the rules for those you like, and ignoring the issues because you do not know how to fix them.
