We deal with theft everyday and I'm trained to do commercial buy here pick up there and commercial purchases and don't work in commercial! I'm a graveyard shift manager ! They pay isn't enough for what we go through ! It's ridiculous the theft is Vegas is off the chain we need security

He got to know me and he listened as well as understood this is my first manager job I love it I do but some things aren't right
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ppl need to be trained on all aspects in Diy and not just certain ppl knowing how to take out batteries and doing headlights it's not fair and we're training ourselves I know commercial and don't work in commercial because I taught myself
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we work hard and I know stuff and how to do things ppl for over five years been there and they don't know how to do what I know and it's not fair ! Plus I go above and beyond for my job !
