They don't pay anybody well enough for what they expect across the board. The company doesn't care one bit about their associates, just how many sales they can pack into a day. Not to mention their driver damaged my vehicle and they didn't do anything to fix it,the drivers manager just taunted me.

Caring more about your associates and their health and well being.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication and teamwork. There are no store meetings and no communication and also no accountability for call offs and sitting around instead of working.
