The job itself is very enjoyable. Customers are friendly, and you have good conversations. The staff, however, is a joke. From the top of the district to the store level its a circus. Its emberasing for the few of us who want to do the job.

Employees should just do the basics of helping the customers, which would go a long way.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Show up on time, adhere to the dress code, help the customers, and put stock away. Do anything other than steal and play on their phones.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was led to believe they had quality staff that was capable of genuinely helping the customers. Also, those interactions with the customers would be positive. They seldom are, as we usually get something wrong or break something.
