Management knows that they underpay and takes advantage of the fact that they can string you on with bonuses that can't be reached.

Workers are paid well under what they deserve for the work that they accomplish. Managers make under $14 an hour, which is ridiculous. Demands to sell are completely out of bounds, especially for commercial sales. Overall, I would not recommend AutoZone for anyone other than a teenager needing money
