What did you like most about the interview process?

The easy questions, the process of touring the facility that you would work in.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They need to live up to the pledge and values they promote so very much.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I believe looking over the hours for managers and giving more of a life and work balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For DC managers we had to work mandatory 11 hour days and were paid around $18 an hour.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to work better together and not hold on to all the information they have. The manager I had while with the company never included her team in any outings with the company due to her feeling we would look better then her and risk her job.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

During my time at Auto Zone I saw a lot of deficiencies in how the leadership team were trained. A lot of the managers lacked basic critical thinking skills and failed to think outside the box. Many did not have an education background and struggled to think through problems. Better hiring is needed
