Show up to work. Stay off phones so things can get done in timely manners, and correctly

DM and RM should spend more time in stores. See everyday production Also should listen to SM when complaints are filed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More insentive for employees. Not make people come to work sick cause of no coverage..stop running skeleton crews. Allow management to hire what's needed not what is projected
