Regretful and bad. Ive been looking for other options of employment since my first month of being employed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People who actually want to show up and work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders and doing atleast minimum requirements of their job dutiea.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would make orientation more informational and hands on before just throwing unqaulified people on the floor.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need to work as a team and do the correct duties in the correct way bot different ways for different employees. And quit acting like were in junior high ... Respect values ethic teamwork and motivation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They work me so much due to nobody else doing knowing or even attempting to get to know the right way of working. It can be improved if other employees were trained properly and made to do their job not just when it benfits them and at low minimum.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They make me work part time on paperwork but refuse to give me full time benefits even though im working 50 hours weekly for 6 mths straight but only supposedto be on the schedule for 25 hrs and dont get pregnant while.working with this company they will have you doing stranious purposely work.
