Leaving personal issues at home and not affecting others with problems. If there is an issue, it should be addressed professionally and with respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am considered a number and not an individual. Working there for over 5 years and have not been invested in. I would feel better if I got a raise at least.
