What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always advancing our personal knowledge of products and services. We make conscience efforts to make each experience comfortable and provide ample time to work WITH customers and corporate. We enjoy what we do. Customers enjoy how we do it. corporate is involved in a productive manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One of the only companies that I've been impressed by its corporate office members. There is a unique level of care and appreciation that is passed from the top all the way down to the staff and customers. Its more than a family environment. When you think Auto parts, you should think Autozone.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a different experience. Set-up was a job fair. I interviewed with the store manager and district manager. I think its key to know all the players on your team and this company proves to impress me. Having a face to face sit down meeting with a district manager is important for professionalism
