I had some good and some bad but the things that upper management got away with is truly unfair.

It was more of a family enviorment and it was easy to work under those conditions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we were able to advanced fairly quickly and that was a positive being able to be promoted
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we were matched 100% u;p to 5% on 401k and that we purchased stock for half off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly didn't like the leadership, they all looked out for each other and covered there bad ways by sweeping things under the rug. It's a lot of favoritism and makes it hard to succeed
