I liked the fact i was told i could go to the next level up in the company long as i did good and stay focused...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better wages and understanding ,if they payed more for all the hard work that's being done and better raises other than giving 6 cent raise that's nothing .
