Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Offer a wage that is above poverty level and can pay the bills and still allow for some flex room. Two people sometimes to test/change batteries and wipers, wait on customers, both diy and commercial as well as answer phones.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring for the well-being of their employees. Better communication. Invest in technology. Allow employees to access training modules at home. There are never computers to use on the jobsite away from customers on your break. How about a break room even or a place to sit even other than their vehicle
