Corporate and upper management are taken care of very well however, that is where the care stops. Working for this company can be a stressful nightmare directed by careless and selfish upper management.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Opening another location to make it easier for customers to get their needs met comfortably.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the perdiem given. the salary is not enough and we can not receive bonuses that our management team receives.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and working as a team would help keep our department from having such a high turnover rate. They are also cheap and selfish offering nothing for so many expectations.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
learning the job completely and being held accountable when they do not meet standards. The upper management does not teach or properly communicate which keeps them from being able to hold them to anything.
