What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As previously stated, it's the toxic and miserable work environment. Twenty years ago, I was an important factor, now I am degraded and expect to holding a broom with both hands soon instead of the job I am doing now
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything needs to change. There needs to be major house cleaning in the management level. Good employees are being run off and treated horribly. And everyone knows that HR won't stand up for you or assist you when the wicked witch wants someone out the door
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring individuals for management. It should be about getting the job done, not about stepping on everyone in my way that has been with this company for any period of time. It's about crushing the work, not crushing individuals. More than two dozen employees have resigned or retired this past year.
