one of our ops managers make up rules as he goes along each day that is not in the hand book , if not followed you get a car or if you leave at the end of your shift and he don't say it's time to go you get a half of point . He bullies people and acts like he is better than anyone else .

the ones I work with in R&R weekend 1st we look out for each other and work as a team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
do something with the weekend 1st advisor and ops. manager they don't care about anything or issues brought to them
