It's not perfect, but I've remained comfortable over 4 years. Some co-workers I've become good friends with.

Keeping it professional while on the clock. No gossiping, double talking, complaining about a co-worker behind their back, etc.

I think my co-workers could all stand to work a little harder, myself included. Our laziness today creates someone else's problem tomorrow.

I think the starting wage was fair, but after staying there for 4 years, it seems ridiculous that I've only increased my hourly rate by $.96
