Obviously, when you put in 9-hour shifts, you expect to be rewarded for your work in monitory terms. I think the company should think more in terms of how to make an employee financially strong.

I like that they have a gym, and that they offer free breakfast on Tuesdays and free lunch on Fridays. That is really convenient! Also, the fact that I can email the executives with ideas with out being shamed for it is really cool.
