What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have insurance paid 100%.

The biggest thing to me is the flexibility with travel and time off

Compensation is fair for a startup at our stage. Medical benefits are awesome and the company is working to add more to the package at all times.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary was a bit lower than I was expecting. But at the same time, this is a startup. Leadership team is working fixing this as they can.

Communication feels disorganized sometimes. There's a lot of information to take in and I'm not sure everyone is on the same page about things.

That everybody collaborates on most projects.

Everyone cares about work/life balance. People have kids, chores, fun things to do outside. They understand that, while we do important stuff at work, we also live our lives.

We are growing increasingly focused on diversity, and I love that. We've made some key hires over the past few months that really show that we care about bringing on people from different backgrounds and experiences. It's a wonderful thing and I would like to see us continue to focus on this.

That the interviewer was very clear about the company.

The interview process is all about getting to know people and finding out how we work together. Since that's the job, it's inherently a good discerner of performance.
