Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's important to note that position responsibilities and pay are two separate things. No matter how well you perform your job, the only way to receive a raise is to either change positions or receive a promotion. Otherwise, you'll receive the same amount of raise as any other employee.

The volume of work and the volume of time away, and the responsibilities for creating something out of nothing and executing do not match the valuation of that of my peers nationally.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team who cares about our job but each other as individuals. We stand together for the company and our customers and each other.

We all work together well as a team in general. We can ask each other questions and can rely on each other for additional assistance if needed. We also laugh together and have pretty easy going and fun personalities.
