Only by mistake through acqusition I was being paid well. However I was bullied out, one reason could have been my compensation. I was overhead making a few extra dollars than most in the city in my position.

Management in Colorado needs to be disbanded. It's all old Abra management that needs to go and bring in real Caliber leadership this stuff that goes on here doesn't happen in other regions
If you just give me the work I don't need handouts I need work I make and turn more than most techs but nope parts don't let me "get new cars" and it's the "insurance fault that we don't have work"

The company does not value hard working employees. They do not care about your seniority.

I felt undervalued for doing things outside my job duties. Coming into a shop that has multiple recurring issues. That i was responsible for past part returns or credits due to others not doing it properly that were there previously.
Super pricey for that big of a corporation and dental is hard to find someone in the network in Indiana same as health insurance to most say they no longer accept that carrier even though they were on the list
I had a long history in my position and i begged for just 40 cents raise when gas prices hit $6.50 and was denied. That same day, they had me print out two other people's raises. I couldnt even afford to make it to work.

You were just a number at the facility nothing more just want you to keep working like a dog and take your hours from you very disorganized no parking very unsafe working conditions
Nobody has the experience or management skills to understand the valie of a good technician
They will cut your pay by 30% and find a reason for it. They don't appreciate hardworking employees
