Review from Operations Dept

My manager and all my co workers . Its a solid team

Review from Operations Dept

My manager is fast to let us know when we do good not just when we do bad

It's good if you have a lot of work to do

Getting estimates and supplemnets processed quickly and accurately as when as being able to order the correct quality parts and mayerial in order to do the job right and efficiently the first time

The trade, learning the trade was a beautiful process.

Getting opportunity to have my input considered

Guranteed paycheck and the ability to be flexable

My co workers are nice

Tons of support to fix cars with the right tools and processes

My coworkers and gaining experience to do everything in the shop

Laughing with my coworkers all day

Being able to do good work and having satisfied customer return, I take pride in my work.

When i get good jobs and finish them on time

Coworkers work abilith to eventually learn a trade and be crrtified

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The wrong people are in control.

I don't think there is a way to fix what's wrong there.

My boss hes not the best he needs to be repamended

A major lack of quality control.

Management needs to value their good employees

My general manager would always tell people that the parts were out of stock but then they would call back and talk to another employee and the estimator would be able to order the parts that same day

Review from Admin Dept

The treatment to someone and just the way they drop someone from a program because i was wronged and had 2 weeks here then now have no job

Managers are unstable and they think they're better than you and Unsafe working conditions

Leadership needs to be chosen outside of the click

Pay more attention to the hourly worker. Theirs part of the team as well.

Harassment and public Harassment in front of other staff

As I said get your benefits insurance people to help us down the ladder. No one returns phone calls

Review from Operations Dept

I have already addressed it. It seems the employees are robots and expected to behave as such while management fails to consider all factors or value the shop techs and lower personnel

People need to be held accountable for what they are supposed to do

Management is very poor and unable to hold everyone accountable. They sugar coat everything to not hurt anyone's feelings. They do not like when you speak your mind about how things are going.

Review from Admin Dept

Many techs are being mistreated and work is not being shared equally

Review from Engineering Dept

Better management. Techs do majority of the work and the managers get the credit. Awful!

Review from Engineering Dept

Leadership has unrealistic expectations, and they try to put a positive spin on their failures, when they fail there is no accountability. Accountability is only enforced on those who don?

Review from Sales Dept

Leadership needs to step up and hold our administrative staff accountable for slowing production down.

Review from Operations Dept

Hire managers that care and stop the favoritism

Review from Customer Support Dept

What do you like best about your company?

The recruiter was the only great thing I need to make money not to stand for hours
