A better manager in the building.
Learn to take responsibility for their actions. They deflect poor pay practices on managers at the centers.

Taking action when incidents are reported. They need to stop forcing good workers to compensate for the actions of bad workers. They should also put quality and customer satisfaction over pushing volume so they get a fat bonus.
Management in Colorado needs to be disbanded. It's all old Abra management that needs to go and bring in real Caliber leadership this stuff that goes on here doesn't happen in other regions
If you just give me the work I don't need handouts I need work I make and turn more than most techs but nope parts don't let me "get new cars" and it's the "insurance fault that we don't have work"
I never recieved a compensation
Flagging your on time for every journeyman.
I work 10-13 hours a day with no recognition. No pay increases.
