I have truly loved working here. While we still deal with typical corporate America type issues, it is a great place to work. They could do a little better with creating better opportunities for growth and better raises to match the market or show they value their employees.

Great people to work with, everyone is willing to chip in and help. There's something about a remote environment where it feels like you are getting their authentic selves, which makes it easier to connect in this environment. Employees and leaders are eager to learn, grow and want to succeed.

Calix offers a lot of different kinds of benefits. They could be a little better with raises to retain employees without needing to go out and get a counter offer. Otherwise, the overall benefits and options Calix offers is amazing.
