Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do the work of 4 departments and am told that it is our job to "go above and beyond."

Client decides if raises are given, no promotion opportunities on client accounts. People who come in from outside are brought in at higher pay and job grade to do the same work. Benefits are comparable to obamacare with VERY high deductibles and VERY high out of pocket maximums.

Currently my management. He is the reason I stuck around.

Layoffs, layoffs and more layoffs. There is constant fear and threat of job loss. It is not a productive environment.
