What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options and health packages are good, I do miss an HMO, but most companies don't have that now.

I like the inclusion of optional components such as the ID Watch Dog and pet insurance.

My team thrives off collaboration. We all work well together and enjoy working on group projects. Ideas are welcomed and we all share the same goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel comfortable talking and working with people at all levels of the company management structure.

It seems the company does take an interest in the individual employees. Also I notice the individual teams seem to be tight nit. The downside with that, I believe that working between teams and departments, there are some barriers and communication can improve.
