What is the best part about your compensation package?
I ised to enjoy the fitness reimbursement program but it is no longer in place.

We get good benefits and a really good amount of PTO

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While Choice has rolled out a career framework to ensure consistency between skill set, role, and compensation there are still gaps in the process. This has led to several ill prepared associates to get promoted without the proper management or technical skills, needed to succeed.

Like a family and everyone is willing to help.

The team is very supportive of each other. I have never asked for help and not had at least 3 or 4 people offer to help immediately.

Understanding the totality of the business, and how the company makes money. We need to serve our licensees' needs. We don't need to rollover for them.

The company, for the most part, employs real people, who have a solid grasp of life. Smiling matters, making small talk, and understanding co-workers makes a big difference, and employees at Choice have these factors.
