Being able to help the franchisees to do their best and provide for their employees and families
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very supportive of each other. I have never asked for help and not had at least 3 or 4 people offer to help immediately.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive of employees, especially during COVID. They understand the stress we are under, both personally and professionally, and look to give us the support we need to take care of ourselves and our families, knowing that that will make us provide better care to our franchisees
