The company has its ups and downs. We still have Execs who can't talk to people. Yet, we have CEO's who are engaging. I do believe the company has chosen its last two CEO's correctly. The company has been good to me. I have been good to the company. It has worked both ways.

Nothing in particular, just the totality.

Most of them are approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing what is intended. Seeing other employees succeed with my help, push, or smile.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Understanding the totality of the business, and how the company makes money. We need to serve our licensees' needs. We don't need to rollover for them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company, for the most part, employs real people, who have a solid grasp of life. Smiling matters, making small talk, and understanding co-workers makes a big difference, and employees at Choice have these factors.
