What is the best part about your compensation package?
This one is tricky, i'm not thrilled with my benefits but management knows and are working on it. I have a feeling that it's going to get a bit better next year, and i'm not stressed about it. Oh, unlimited time off! And we shut down from Xmas to NYE.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with kind, interesting and diverse teams. We had a meeting about using proper pronouns and a dance done by coworkers or Diwali. How rad is that!

We aren't afraid to try different things

Growth opportunities. We have a great product and employees who are confident in Clover's capabilities. They hire optimistic employees that maintain that energy throughout the company. This is the first company I've worked for that has this type of environment.

Ugh. Does anyone like this process!!! We def could do better here. The company is aware of it, and have added teams to help here. It's the double side of growth and success.

Educating clients on how Clover actually works. They will read expired reviews and hear feedback. Our team really clears the air and changes the customers perspective on what Clover really can do for their business. My peers are easy to communicate with as well which is also comforting.
