What did you like most about the interview process? The time to respond, the process, the approach and ethics of hiring
What makes you most happy at work? The Infrastructure, work culture and the compensation
What do you like best about the leadership team? The harmony among the teams, the ethics that they follow and the Culture and respect provided to every individual employee is absolute delight. Its the best(by a big margin) company I have worked ever!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Comcast has not been quick to react to the position we are in with compensation. Head hunters are actively recruiting myself and others. It is getting hard to justify staying.I would feel better if our leadership was talking about how they plan to address career paths beyond HR software with AI.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?low pay, sales agents had 2 pays and when a merger occurred one pay was taken ways, micromanaging, work/life balance, unrealistic cellphone metrics
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone is out for themselves. No sense of team or family
