I feel amazing because I'm receiving a normal salary, but also an emotional one, and that is very valuable for me.

I should be rewarded for retaining and growing my account portfolio which is quite large and which I'm running on a very lean support staff plan. My role runs broad and deep and if I can improve margin by doing more with less, I should win incentives for doing so.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The fact that some of us get bored but still have substantial workloads talks about the low quality of work we're doing. The company's culture needs to get better at prioritizing its employees' mental health and wellbeing, and allowing them to build the life they want OUTSIDE of their job.
