What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are out of touch with the reality of what is occurring across the company. Ethics and value statements purported by leadership do not match with the actions taken by these same individuals. Communication is poor. Micromanagement is at an all-time high.

I have been with the organization for a number of years but feel like I may not have been compensated as such.

I believe this job needs a pay increase. There is a lot of work done at this level and the pay is low for this position.

Despite shattering goals year after year, I'm a salaried employee with no bonus or pay increase after 5 years of service. Getting a yearly bonus and pay increase would make me feel better about my compensation.

micromanagement practices - potentially need to change CEO - he has lost the organization.

Stop to cut resources, take care of people by a better communication, clarify objectives and stop to think that we can make projects without local resources. work with offshore resources is not always appropriate. Reinforce the knowledge of the company by keeping our resource (salary issues)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We should be trusted to make the right decisions on behalf of the company. CEO approving replacement reqs for levels 05 is ridiculous. Nothing moves here so we can't make decisions fast enough for our projects or our clients.
