Terrible managers. Too many managers. All of them tell you something different to do. No policies ever followed. No training whatsoever. Expect employees to clean up their mistakes.

Following policies. To train better. For managers to be trained in not just the business but how to handle people. Follow the mission statement. One of them being respect the employees.
