What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better HR systems. Gathering multiple employees to see if anyone else is feeling the same way about the work environment toxicity. Making dang sure Equal Opportunity rights are being enforced. Training leaders to balance assertiveness and kindness properly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Teaching objectively, neutrally, by regulation. Training skills, basic communication skills. Saying what you mean and meaning what you say. Positive work climate. Speaking KINDLY to others. No gaslighting, no speaking to people like they're stupid, stop being impatient with new employees.
