Really great company, ive heard they are moving away from employee friendly and into member worship. I think you can get both by investing in your employees who will then in turn bring Costcos goal of top of the line membership service into play. It cant go the other way around

Its not a bad environment at all, just needs some work

Some workers are just like me, there to work and get paid

Needs work. But my manager is the closest thing to a step forward in my opinion
