It's a good company on paper to work for. It really depends on the managers you work under though and the company is making some big changes that don't seem to fit with its past image which makes it a little scary. Plus it's retail, so that is another layer of unappealing features.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My current managers. This building has great management that does not lead with putting you down. My last building though was not like this which is why it totally depends on who you work under.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When I started with the company, I got full benefits as a part time employee. For a person that did not have benefits for the 8 years prior, this was huge. Plus, I get a free eye exam every year with a stipend to buy new glasses, and dental coverage.
