Company culture in the corporate office has been excellent. I feel like my managers care about me as a person and do their best to assign me projects that match my interests. Permanent hybrid working model is really great, only suggestion is to keep raising compensation to compete in the Seattle mkt

If youve had one Costco interview, you've had thrm all. They all follow the same pattern, regardless of the job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Almost $200 a year towards glasses is great, plus full medical and dental for less than $50 a month. Employee stock purchasing is good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Costcos commitment to doing the right thing honestly makes me so proud to say i work for them. Their entire business model obsesses over the member experience and being generous to their employees.
