Communication, leadership when under pressure is a huge concern. We have a huge issue with management being unable to deal with stress correctly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People are worked to the bone, and you are treated as expendable. They know and you know you can replaced and for a cheaper wage so theres no incentives to keep hard workers.
