Terrible, no equality. The 3 minutes late 3 times over 30 days is terrible. Cashiers should not be paid more then other departments. One pay scale for all emoyees. A pharmacy cashier, handling peoples prescriptions, gets paid less than a front end cashier. Not all employees in TC are certified

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, treat everyone fairly and equally. There wS 0 communication during covid still isn't. Shift can change frequently.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To many managers and leads in a department, too many cooks in the kitchen. Poor communication, one leader says one thing while the manager says another. Communication poor across whole building
