Honestly. Hateful. It's mostly leaded by favoritism and those who are not in the good graces of the managements gat the scraps day after day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mostly communication and conciliant toward their employees.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
First, stoppong by been intimidating everytime (with two interviewers for one employee). Everytime, you have the impressions to getting into a court trial.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The communication and trust between employees and management is very whong. We as employees (unless you're a favorite from the management) don't trust anymore the management with their methods, their excuses to justify themselves and for many, their arrogance.
