What are some of the best things about your team?
The positivity. For the most part many are happy to be there. They'll all help out whenever possible and no one will leave you hanging on purpose.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all doing their best with what they have, and work even longer hours at times and have to balance so much but remain caring, open and friendly to their team. They follow the book to a T though and cannot help you if the company forbids it (like reducing hours to less than 24 a week..)
